5th Graders in the Earth Science ROAR class recently went on a lichen scavenger hunt and found many varieties right here at LSi3! 🔎 Students searched for lichens native to the North Georgia area, including old man’s beard, sea-storm, common green shield, and even learned about the endangered rock gnome.
